About me
I’m a pediatric cardiac anesthesiologist at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, working in high-acuity, high-stakes clinical environments alongside teams navigating complexity, responsibility, and deep commitment.
Like many physicians, there was a period in my career when the work felt isolating and unsustainable. I was surrounded by talented, committed people, but still felt disconnected and unsure how to move forward in a way that actually fit.
That experience led me to start asking different questions—not just about medicine, but about how people learn, lead, and work together.
Alongside my clinical work, I completed a Master’s degree in Applied Positive Psychology at the University of Pennsylvania, and am currently pursuing graduate work in Educational Studies, focused on coaching, communication, and how change actually happens in complex systems like healthcare.
My work on team dynamics in the pediatric cardiac operating room was published in NEJM Catalyst, and I trained as a coach through the Hudson Institute and Positive Acorn.
I’ve lived the tension that many physicians are navigating - trying to do meaningful work in systems that don’t always make that easy, while also trying to find a way of leading and working that feels honest and sustainable.
I see coaching as a space for that kind of reflection and change—not because people are broken, but because even the most capable, committed professionals need space to think, to be heard, and to reconnect with what matters.
